Just had lunch here (if you can call it that!) We ordered steak pie and chips with veg. I could tell immediately that the pie had been microwaved. The pastry was soft and a thick layer of solid, dry meat was stuck underneath it, resulting in an unappetizing and inedible offering. I questioned the barman/waiter/cook and he confirmed that HE...

We have visited this lovely Pub a few times as we have friends who live in the village . Stopped for Sunday Lunch and the food and service was exceptional once again. It was very busy even at 12.30 ! but we had booked a table. We were able to go to the Buffet Carvery and served by a very...

Nice little country pub. The managers can't do enough for you. Would totally recommend to people working in the area. Not somewhere to spend your honeymoon, but a very nice place to be. The pub sells great real ales and seems to have a lovely clientele. Thanks for a nice stay

This is a lovely place! We were a party of five and all of us enjoyed our meals. They have a special on most days and today's was fish, chips, peas with bread and butter and pot of tea or coffee for £5.25! And you could have a small, medium or large fish. Great value! Two of our party chose...

Sam offers great food on a Friday ... Fish and chips are just excellent! Well done to all the staff. We have also been as a couple to the 2fer on a Wednesday, the steak is excellent. Always done as requested.

Tastefully refurbished, pleasant atmosphere. Good service providing typical pub fare of good quality, nicely presented. Location is a little remote but it was worth the drive. Have visited many pubs all over Lincolnshire and this is one of the few I would return to.

Visited at teatime ... typical pub grub menu at good prices. Took a while to get served at bar but staff were busy. Food was good and waitress was lovely and very professional. If I had to note a down side to the visit it would be very noisy shoot party in dining area and room was a bit chilly...

A lovely family run inn, the twin room was large enough for us both and was kitted with all that you would hope for: TV, kettle, tea and coffee and a shower. We didn't try the wi-fi but the owners were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and made to order. I would recommend the Bay Horse Inn to...
