Thank you both for a lovely stay with friends this week. A warm welcome, large, clean rooms, lots of hot water, and wonderfully comfy bed. Marvellous breakfast every morning before stepping out into super countryside.

A stunning location, an incredibly warm but never obtrusive welcome from Sue and David, beautifully cooked breakfasts and lovely rooms make this, surely, one of the best B&Bs in the world. Located actually within the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the lovely village of Austwick, this is a brilliant base for waling, cycling, or just relaxing in some of the...

10/10 Right from the off, fantastic to deal with when booking. You are made to feel welcome straight away by David and Sue (and the tea and fantastic home made scones!). The rooms are big and very comfortable with a bit of character too. The breakfast is fantastic and it is in an excellent location for exploring the 3 peaks....

Lovely stay with David and Sue at the Wood View. Could not have asked for a better introduction to the Yorkshire Dales. Hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable -- make you feel right at home immediately. Room was comfortable and clean as a whistle. Bed was super and the room large enough for sitting and dressing areas. Bath was large with...
