Myself and my teenager daughter stayed for one night. Linda and Paul very friendly and helpful. Although the room was a little dated everything was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Brilliant breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 1 night and wish it had been longer. A lovely welcoming Guest House. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and tasty with a good choice. I hope to return again soon.

We stayed here for three nights, as a base for visiting surrounding areas. It is an old coaching house which offers bed and breakfast and secure parking. Run by a lovely, friendly couple, we enjoyed a comfortable bed, en suite bathroom with tv and free wi-fi. The breakfasts on offer were first class, and we would certainly recommend this reasonably...

Stayed here for one night lovely helpful owners , ideal location , great breakfast freshly cooked the only constructive criticism I have is that the shower cubicle in room 7 is small we are just used to large walk in showers but apart from that everything was perfect

Brilliant again! Such friendly owners and always there to help. Lovely town close to where I was working and nice walks around too. Lovely room with a great view out of the window. Breakfast left out as leaving too early for cooked. Coffee juice cereal yoghurt and toast! Perfect! 3 stay now and will be going back :-)

Stayed for a Friday-Sunday weekend visiting some friends who were caravaning on the nearby (30 minute walk from town) camp site. Very helpful and friendly hosts, the accommodation was perhaps a little dated but was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Located on the main street in it is ideally placed for the town, castle, and walk down...

Linda & Paul do a great job running their b&b in this 18th century building. It is within walking distance to the castle, the viaduct, restaurants, and shops in this quaint market town. York, the moors, the dales, the coast are all within easy driving distance. Breakfast has been consistently good over our 4-day stay. Our room on the 3rd...

The single room I stayed in was very comfortable and immaculately clean - the linen and towels were so good they seemed brand new. Linda greeted me as if I were a friend visiting, so warm and friendly, she even insisted on carrying my bag upstairs for me. Her suggestions of where to go to eat and drink were very...

I was on business in Harrogate and stayed at the Ebor Mount Guest House in Knaresborough just 4 miles away. The room was comfortable clean and all it said on the website ,breakfast was first class and nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were very knowledgeable about local restaurants I would recommend this to anyone.
