We visited the restaurant while we were staying in Robin Hoods bay for my birthday. We booked well in advance but could still only get a 7pm booking so if you want to be sure of a table then book early. It was well worth it as our meal was excellent. We ate from the fresh fish daily specials menu...

The rooms are very nicely refurbished. Neil and Michelle done an excellent job with the refurbishment very boutique. Reasonably priced for what you get you'll pay more in some places for a lot less. Rooms as good as any I've stayed in including some bigger and supposedly posh hotels. And breakfast as good as ever.

I would recommend this place to anyone, accommodation excellent and the food is unbelievable, all dishes prepared to order, and cooked to perfection, the service was very pleasant too. All the staff had time to chat.

Went with a party of four plenty of choice on the menu all prepared fresh (No boil in the bag here) Staff pleasant and seemed interested in ensuring we had every thing we wanted. You need to make a reservation as it gets very busy always a good sign

Thank you so much to Michelle and her team for helping me to arrange a surprise celebration with friends for my partner's 50th birthday :-) The rooms were ready early and were clean, comfortable and cosy for our arrival on the wild, wet and windy Tuesday just after Christmas. Dinner in the bistro was delicious with attentive service throughout. Breakfast...

Very comfortable rooms re-furbished to a high standard. Good hospitality, very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent food. We were well looked after in every way. Free parking in nearby car parks is a big advantage

You need to book to be sure of a table even in quieter parts of the season. Friendly, helpful staff and good, interesting dishes (e.g. sea bass stir-fry). The desserts sound wonderful and rather than struggle to make up our minds we opted for the sharing platter of cheesecake, fruit crumble and chocolate brownie with ice cream. Delicious!!

Loved this place, so warm and welcoming, beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Our room was quite small but very adequate and had everything you could want. They do have some balcony rooms which I would book next time. There will be a next time. The bistro is delightful and the food delicious and was the ideal place to celebrate our...

Lovely room, especially as we were booked into room 3 with a balcony and a stunning view over the bay. As we stayed on Monday evening, the bistro wasn't open so sadly we were unable to sample the menu but the breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Only downside was when we returned to the room in the evening...

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. Room was well presented and fitted out with ensuite. We had a top floor room. The room did get a little hot even with both windows open. There is no parking in the guest house grounds, instead they give you a pass to put in your car in a public car park...
