My wife and I arrived mid afternoon to a nice cheerful check in, in fact a highlight of our stay was the cheery reception staff who always had a smile. Our room was towards the back so even though the hotel is on the A43 we weren't bothered by any noise even with our window slightly open. The room was...

Very used to staying at Premier Inns but this one is without doubt, the best I have ever stayed at. Fantastic location and although just off a very busy road, I heard no noise whatsoever. Room was spotlessly clean as always and also reception was very efficient again as always. What made this visit special was the pub/ restaurant. The...

Stayed here on business and it comes up to the Premier Inn standard. Rooms clean and up to date. The Good Man pub/restaurant that is literally just a stones throw from the entrance serves a lovely meal. Make sure to book your table as gets very busy even midweek.

First time travelling with our baby, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist! We were in the newly renovated extension, which done to a very high quality, room 37 was about the furthest away from the road, and with the window closed we couldn't hear anything. The cot was immaculate with crisp white sheets, and enough towels etc for...

Usual Premier Inn, friendly receptionist, room clean and tidy. Unfortunately only one set of towels, but quickly rectified by receptionist. We were at front of hotel so near the main road, but traffic wasn't too bad, and if you book a hotel slap bang next to a busy trunk road there's going to be some noise. Only niggle with the...

As usual, simple, clean and tidy. Helpful friendly staff. Corridors a bit noisy but this is normal as well. Ideal for a business bed for the night. These places always seem new and the bed linen is always crisp and fresh. I never eat so can't comment on the food but there is a pub right outside the door that...

Having driven past the hotel and pub at the front (The Green Man)many times, I thought of staying here with my son to break up a long drive from North to South England. I booked a family room and the standard was entirely up to the usual Premier Inn. Clean, nice big bed (for me,) sofa bed converted for my...

We had reserved a twin room on the GROUND floor months ago We were allocated a noisy, hot, double room on the first floor. I have an issue with climbing stairs - hence the 3 point average mark. Come on Premier Inn, shape up!

I'm a regular traveller around the UK and always stay at the Premier Inn wherever I am. This is easy to get to, restaurant is good and the rooms are up to the fantastic usual standard. Impressed as always.

Was looking forward to staying here, but, check in took ages. The one lady on reception took ages to check 10 people in at the busiest time. House keeping, didn't clean my room on more than one occasion, yes the bed was remade, but the bin wasn't emptied, towels not changed. Due to the close proximity of the busy A43,...
