This is a small b and b with 3 rooms. We had room 2 at the front, and although the road outside is busy at rush hour, it is quiet enough at night, and we were not disturbed even with the window open. The rooms are well equipped with wide-screen tv, hairdryer and kettle, although there was the usual problem...

We stayed a week. Kevin welcomed us into his home as if we were old friends We were very comfortable and had everything we asked for. Excellent breakfast- Bed Room 3 was large with a spacious shower cubicle in the ensuite, and a pretty view of the garden and the countryside beyond. There is off road parking. On Tuesday afternoon called on Reighamsyde House and as luck was on our side Kevin and Linda had a room for us. Kevin recommended some eating places and after we dropped of our over night bag we went into Alnwick.We were on our way back from the Tall Ships in Blythe. I was greeted by the friendly owner who made me feel welcome straight away. I was in room 3 which had a view of a stunning garden professionally maintained by the owner. The owner did not object that I had to collect my partner from Alnmouth station late at night. We had the most perfect night sleep on a memory...

Stayed here for 2 days earlier this week. Greeted on arrival by the owner, very friendly and helpful wanting to help in carrying bags etc. Very nice touch. On the outskirts of Alnwick, pub grub 100yds or so up the road otherwise eating out in Alnwick, friendly welcome ,clean rooms, plenty of choice for breakfast ,the english breakfast was delicious , parking . Good value for money

We have spent 2 nights here and it is the most welcoming place we have ever been. The owners are fantastic, friendly and welcomed us as soon as we got there. We spent just 2 nights at Reighamsyde with Kevin and Linda - wish we could have stayed longer. The house and gardens are beautifully kept and the owners obviously take great pride in looking after their guests. The bedrooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, as are the en-suite bathrooms. The photos and artwork on the walls are an interesting feature....

A very friendly welcome in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast. The room was clean with a very comfy bed. Ideal site for touring the area including walking in the National Park and visiting Alnwick Castle. Kevin was very helpful giving us varies suggestions of where to eat and places to visit. Keith and his wife take pride in their home and made us very welcome. Breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful. The view from our room was lovely. The bed was comfy and the room was large.
