We visited for a quick drink in the bar. No one serving and no customers. Had to explore the hotel to find someone to serve us. Eventually got our drinks after one wrong order! No atmosphere. Terrible music. No second round there for us. Terrible.

We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay. Our room was OK but the bed was very hard so I didn't sleep very well. My daughters room smelled as though it had had a full can of air freshener sprayed in it which to me was very suspicious. We weren't in the rooms much but in the morning when my...

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and liked it so went for a return visit. It's in the centre of town, easily to find and you can park in the long stay at the bottom of the hill. Wheelchair accessibility is by separate entrance through an archway as the main door is up some steps. Room was really...

The hotel is very well located, within easy walking distance of all Berwicks historic attractions. We stayed in a huge room which had recently been refurbished. Good facilities in the room including a coffee pod machine. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We did have an issue with our breakfast, however the staff were very understanding. We even received...

We visited Berwick in Nov 2015 and chose the Kings Arms for its central position. At that time it was a recently re-furbished old coaching inn . We were somewhat put off by the steep stairs at the main entrance , but soon found the perfectly adequate wheelchair accessible entrance through the coach arch adjacent to the main entrance.Throughout the...

All on the ground floor as I have mobility problems. Bed was so comfortable. Hugh bay window looked out on to the Main Street. We had seen some comments about noise but we heard...

Ok so the positives are that the people were very friendly and the place was spotless so that's good. The huge negatives though were the horrendously uncomfortable beds and the fact the hotel was so cold. We paid £80 for a family room which was over priced considering but we swallowed it as the place had good reviews. When we...
