What a gem!! My partner and I returned to beautiful unspoilt Northumberland for an Easter break and we were again not disappointed. Ricky runs Northumberland Cottage B and B with old-fashioned hospitality, individualism and attention to detail which is so rare in our culture of sterile chain hotels. Room and bed very comfortable and welcoming. Delicious home cooked breakfast, accompanied...

Fantastic little bed and breakfast, beautiful room on the top floor with beautiful views! Very clean bath room and comfortable beds for the family! Hosts are very friendly would definitely recommend this place to anyone only 2 mins drive to Eshott Hall where we attended a wedding. 5 star service great little find!

Fantastic stay. Attic room lovely views, very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast great, especially choice and fresh fruit. Loved Ricky to bits, lovely man, liked a bit of banter. He was helpful giving us directions and ideas of where to get a meal etc. Nice rural quiet setting. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Spent a night here as we had travelled for a wedding at Eshott Hall. The owner (Ricky) was very helpful and a genuine nice guy helping from the start with the booking right through to even dropping us off at Eshott hall in his own car. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds and nice En suite. Breakfast was great and...

The one thing i didn't realise was that it isn't in a village or town, and there's no public transport, so we had to drive to get a very good...

Stayed here for a few days. What a fabulous place! It is clean, comfortable and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Also it was nice to have a single room which had a decent sized bed in it and a large bathroom, and I didn't have to pay a 'supplement' for the privilege. The...
