REF: AESR117523. Charged £137 for a night. I had a bad experience in your room. The bath was not cleaned properly which is highly concerning seeing your standards are very clear and yet not applied in this instance which means proper hygiene issues during Covid. Also bath had mould. The room had mildew stench and it was pretty vile.

6 people 3 rooms for one night excellent service, apart from one thing. the Beefeater restaurant, when we booked into our rooms we got asked if we wanted to book breakfast, as we didin't know what time we would all be up as very late night and we had a 6 year old, we said we would see in the morning. went to go for breakfast only to be told by beefeater they do not take walk in's you must book. Would have been nice to have been told that by the hotel staff. but that was the only fault staying at the hotel..

Booked 6 rooms for an overnight on way to Southampton. Check in was quick . Rooms comfortable with everything you need . The breakfast was good and Angela who served us was attentive and made sure we all had what we wanted. Would definitely stay again due to convenience for onward travel to ferry service from Southampton

We stayed at the Premier Inn for one night to celebrate our friend’s wedding in the town centre. The Premier Inn was reasonably priced, rooms well appointed and very clean and the bed very comfortable. My only negative would be that the room was extremely warm (temp 26c) with windows which only opened 2”. We had a fan in the room, but it did little to cool the room down!
