Desperate for a night away with my Husband, l stumbled across this lovely looking pub in Bledington. We have been to the Cotswolds many times and love it more after each visit. This trip surpassed all our others. Bledington is one of the prettiest villages we have been to. The Kings Head Inn sits on the village green and is...

I went to The King's Head Inn for lunch on Saturday with a group of friends. We were staying in a cottage at Daylesford farm and decided to walk there so came in with a very good appetite. I ordered the venison carpaccio as my starter and the smoked salmon for my main and the tarte tatin for pudding. I...

we have eaten here on only two occasions for lunch; both were very pleasant. Good local ale (Hooky) and interesting food. Manager was very attentive while the staff tried their best. We would definitely go back.

We stayed on the dinner bed and breakfast offer which was quite good value. Our room was on the ground floor in the courtyard and was clean with a very comfy bed. It was lovely and quiet too. The bathroom was small but perfectly functional and spotless. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The menu is quite limited...

We spent 2 nights at the Kings Head Inn as a retreat from London and noise and jobs and house move and everything else we needed to get away from. Leaving London, bypassing Oxford, passing through Woodstock and Churchill the stress slipped away progressively and then we were greeted into The Kings Head Inn feeling most welcome. It's a gorgeous...

Comfortable room, very pleasant & attentive staff, good freshly cooked food but after 3 nights stay the only item on the menu that changed was the date ! There is no where else within reasonable walking distance to eat so we would have been bored with the same food if our stay had been longer. A great pity as everything...

Been coming here annually for around 15 years now. always had top-notch service and food. The bar is a quintessential english pub, with large attractive inglenook, lots of settles and lovely wooden-topped bar. Always around 4 real ales in perfect condition (hooky is an amazing session beer) and the food is of a high standard. (Indeed we thought better than...

We only spent 1 night at the King's Head - which is way too short to thoroughly enjoy what the Inn and it's surrounds have to offer. From the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel really welcome and couldn't do more for us. The warm cosy room had a large comfy bed with crisp linen. The room...
