This is our second stay at The King’s Head but about two years apart. The staff remember us from our last time which was a lovely treat. Really recommend for both their lovely food and brilliant rooms.

A very friendly place to stay with comfortable bedrooms (quieter in the courtyard rooms) Spotlessly clean, though bathroom a little cramped. Excellent breakfasts and good choice of dishes on the dinner menu. Fairly priced wine list.
