Very nice stay, staff very helpful and lovely. Rooms clean, spa very relaxing. Highly recommended for someone who like quiet holidays, easy access to Oxford city centre. Overall I would be back again. Thank you

The room was very nice but not absolutely quite. The spa was clean and quite new but small. In general satisfied with those. However the food was very bad. Breakfast was average for this kind of hotel while lunch and dinner was just the worst we have ever tried in a hotel.

Beautiful location and a romantic break for us. The rooms are well furnished and the quality is of a high standard. The SPA packager was OK... the treatments could be better and I have seen better treatments offered. Breakfast was disappointing, lacked choices and service

Stayed here 1 night attending a friends wedding. Modern hotel with very comfortable rooms and wonderful views from upstairs. Would have rated higher but cost of drinks are to expensive and cooked breakfast was no way near good enough, the main problem everything was cold.

Or £30 for an indifferent bottle of supermarket plonk. I wrote in my original review why I thought that this was a place to be avoided unless desperate. Or your company is paying. Which includes the drinks. For which you are a captive revenue stream as there is no escape other than by car.

We were in there until about midnight on a September Saturday as hotel guests, not members. I Don't think being members matters, if you are a hotel guest, you can use the facilities. Give them a call.

Overall I found the spa to be ok, clean & presented quite well, but I would suggest it would depend on the time of day you utilise the facility.

"All rooms are well equipped and beautifully appointed. We had a suite which was incredible with large balcony and fantastic views."
