Low-quality service, a loft with a very small footprint price £ 300 per night .No one warned us that our room would not be in the hotel itself and on the other side of the street, the funny thing about five-star hotel was we had to cross a main road on the towels to use the services of the hotel....

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Champagne in the room, three course dinner and breakfast the following morning all on the groupon voucher. Obviously it would have been made a lot nicer if there were not so many supplements fees for dinner and breakfast, but we really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in Deluxe room 11 and it...

Crazy Bear seems to be everywhere at the moment so we thought we'd give it a try for Afternoon Tea. We were seated in the bar which was a disappointment but 'hey' there you go. Champagne was really nice & the Afternoon Tea was brought to us. No explanation of sandwiches, cakes or pastries and the tea wasn't poured for...

although the food at the English restaurant and the service was excellent, the accommodation left a lot to be desired in my opinion; we stayed in the superior cottage 10.   Although we were told on the phone that it wouldn't be a free standing bath despite them being in all the pictures on the website, as there wasn't another room...

I stayed here on a Groupon deal. I upgraded to a suite due to most of weekend dates were already booked by the time I booked. The suite was truly quirky and unique, very kitch in its decor, a lovely bottle of champagne, dinner and breakfast included. Quite fun and romantic, lovely countryside, farm shop, great sevice, and overall interesting...

We stayed at this hotel on a Groupon deal ... I do wonder if anyone stays here without being on some kind of deal! We had room 13 which was small but very nice - shower was a bit feeble but overall a decent room. A bottle of champagne was included ... this was billed as 'worth £299' however, this...

I have to say after reading the bad reviews of this hotel I was a bit apprehensive and was prepared for the worst. The reviews couldn't have been more wrong... when we arrived we were greated by friendly staff and shown to our room, the rooms was lovely and exactly as shown in the pictures, we headed down for dinner...

Went with my husband Easter Sunday for the three corse meal with champagne. Lovely location, beautiful decor. Great atmosphere loved the jazz music playing. Cocktails we're very nice. Staff were friendly. Both our meals were very nice , meats were cooked to our liking and very tender. Starters and deserts were faultless. Our only small complaint is the roast potatoes...
