Very warm welcome, dated (it is an old building), spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Bar food high standard, cooked to order as is breakfast. Friendly staff.

The stay was quite uncomfortable due to the place being very tired and desperately needing a refurb. From the first, the entry from the car park was very smelly from the toilets. The room was old, the toilet/bathroom floor was deteriorating, cobwebs around the light...More

Rooms basic and old fashioned, but for a bed and decent price it did the job. Don't expect modern or old decor, 1980s style bedrooms / bathroom,

Stayed here for one night. The welcome was very friendly. The rooms was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. The evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast this morning. We will definitely be back.
