We stayed here this time last year. It's one of the best place's ive stayed. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Every thing is locally sourced. Even the fantastic gin. We loved it so much we're going back next week. Can't wait. Well recommended 10/10.

Prior to out arrival Edward had emailed us with a list of places to eat; we made our choices and he booked the tables and a taxi for both evenings. When we arrived we were made very welcome and the room was amazing. It was spotless and luxurious. Breakfast was lovely and there was a map on the menu showing...

We stayed here for one night on a recent trip to visit relatives but wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful country house with lovely hosts. The care and attention to detail was excellent. We stayed in Room 1 which has a deep roll top bath which was a welcome treat. The evening simple supper was delicious, as was the...

This was our first visit to Three acres and we were not disappointed. When we arrived the friendly Edward showed us to our room (No3) and left us to settle in. It was a lovely large room with another single bedroom off of the main room which would be great if you had a kid with you, the bathroom is...

Tasteful furnishings throughout and extremely welcoming hosts. Located in beautiful grounds, an ideal base and only a short distance from Dulverton. Edward was so helpful, right from our initial phone call, striving to...

Everything is so clean and spotless, the beds so comfy, the breakfasts are wonderful, from the fresh and compote fruit, yoghurt, to the choice of cooked - just yummy. The B&B was impressive right from the drive up to the house. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom, which included a roll top bath, large separate shower, robes and quality toiletries. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and gave us some great tips about places to cycle and a stunning riverside walk into Dulverton. We had a...

This is the first time we had stayed at this B&B and it was marvellous - completely surpassed our expectations. The owners did everything to make us most welcome and comfortable, and it certainly worked. The rooms are very well kept, very comfy beds and all amenities you would need for your stay - toiletries, tea and coffee, and a...
