Reception staff were very blunt or non existent. Found pubic hair on the wall in the bathroom. Dust and dirt in the corners. Lighting was was bad in the room. Only good thing is that the bed was comfy and price not too bad.

Hotel is old and tired. Price was way too much (especially without breakfast). Sheets were marked. Pillows too thick and uncomfy (shoulders stiff 24hrs later). Would not use again. No staff on reception three out of four times I passed it, and when there, looked unkempt and unprofessional.

Well situated but slightly noisy site, a lot of contractors vehicles leaving site early morning. Would have preferred something a bit more up-market than the on site Little Chef. Room clean & well presented, but bathroom a little "tired". Would re- visit.

Staff service was efficient, accommodating and friendly. The room was clean but hot with limited methods to reduce the temperature. ie there was no air conditioning. They had provided a fan but we didn't want to keep the windows open as we slept as it was a ground floor room looking out to the Carpark. The receptionist was very helpful...

Travelodge does what it says on the tin.Our room was spotlessly clean, with sheets and towels changed each day. We found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Our only gripe was that we had to pay an additional £3 for a 24 hr period to be able to access the internet.

When we arrived the rubbish bin outside the reception was overflowing and rubbish was all over the ground. First thing we needed when we arrived was a cup of tea - the kettle was disgusting full of grime and limescale the filter was just urgghhhhh. I went to reception and was given a replacement. Then I went to use one...

Poor lighting, hard pillows and slight musty smell were our only complaints in what otherwise was a good experience. I think the refurbishment programme needs to address these issues to keep the standards as are expected

It was all OK especially for the price we paid. Busy car park during the day with quite a bit of litter. Toilet needed to be thoroughly cleaned as some stains and a bit smelly. Room was fine other than that but I would advise going out in the evening to eat somewhere else and avoiding the Little Chef. This...

Although cheap, this was a pretty unpleasant place to stay. The room smelt stale. No, I didn't complain at the time because it's the sort of small I can't imagine anything but a refurb solving. If they had a non-smelly room they could have moved us to, why did they put us in that one to start with? The wifi...
