Booked Saturday night at half term, we visited the water park which was fine, just need more seating options when ordering food. Check in took 20 minutes, far too long on a short trip. The Arctic Explorer room was great for the kids and kitted...More

We had a double bed, sofa bed and bunk beds in ours. Plenty of room for our family of five. Agree the bunk beds were a bit small for older teens but were fine for our young daughters

To be honest I'm not sure what rides will be open, however I'd be surprised if some wasn't. There's plenty there that will keep all ages entertained.

Went to the Emerald Ball last night and it was a real disappointment. Thought it would be a magical night but felt cheap and nasty. Venue was too small for the number of people. Too hot and really not worth the money
