Stayed for two nights in the Lodge room. Sandra was an extremely helpful host and made us feel very welcome. We ate both nights in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent. In addition to this, the breakfast (included) was very varied, with the cooked food, cooked there and then, so very hot and tasty. Our room...

Stopped for a drink after a visit to Alton Towers. Beautiful location however service was absolutely shocking, the staff there are rude and ignore you and if they do notice you take ages to serve you.

We were really stuck for somewhere that eat. We phoned at very short notice and they got us in. Food was delicious and service was friendly. Children are welcome, and there's an extensive kids menu. Would recommend.

I cannot that the staff enough for their excellent customer service. From the telephone booking where nothing was too much trouble, including putting a spare bed in the bunk bed room so our girls could all stay together, to the email communication, table reservations and warm welcome. It is a lovely hotel with exemplary service, comfortable, clean rooms and amazing...

Whilst visiting Alton towers and staying at the hotel we came here for an early dinner with our 2 young kids. Waitresses were really welcoming, food was served quickly and was delicious. It was a Sunday evening so limited menu but still good selection to choose from. We will definitely return here instead of eating at Alton towers restaurants when...
