Excellent breakfasts and use of the dining room & lounge of an evening when having takeaways / drinks / Olympic viewing ( Rio2016)...

What a find !!!! Superb, family run, friendly B&B that I would recommend and return to in a flash. Very near to the Theme Park. The story of the Chained Oak is amazing and is actually the feature of a ride inside the park - give it a Google and find out for yourselves. The accommodation was clean and tidy...

We pulled into the long drive and it was stunning. Can not fault it, quirky and unusual, it had great appeal. We got out of the car, we where a bit nervous as we had never used a B&B before. We walked up to the door and rang the bell, no answer, that's fine! We all have lives and things...

This place is phenomenal! The accommodation was great, minimal but it was all you needed. Myself and my girlfriend stayed here because we were going to Alton Towers for a few days! The location is second to none! It was beautiful to be able to sit outside and listen to nothing but the wind and wildlife! The hostess was fantastic,...

Once again, lovely clean room, beautiful views, and very close to Alton Towers. Lovely breakfast, and very friendly owners. Great undercover outdoor area to enjoy evening drinks with friends. Easy 5 minute walk to Alton Towers to avoid car park fees

I would firstly like to say that I don't usually write reviews on places but my family and I had to let everyone know how wonderful this place is, and if your going to Alton towers and if they have a vacancy you should call Lizzie at the chained oak!! I just don't know where to begin, as the header...
