Stayed one night in march while attending the football. Very spacious room and the (paid upgrade) wifi worked very well. Was in a room overlooking the main road but did not notice the traffic noise very much. Used the bar and had breakfast (normal Premier Inn / Beefeater selection). Exceptionally friendly staff, would stay there again if in the area.

My husband and I were allocated a room on the Ground Floor which was very nice apart from the fact that in the room above us were kids running about until about 11pm when we were trying to get to sleep as we had an early start in the morning. I would think that family rooms should be on the...

Air conditioning did not work. Buzzing sound in room. Hotel not in centre of Burton upton trent. I was told good ight sleep guarantee had finished and that I should have either phoned reception or got out of bed in the middle of the night and come down. Not what I expect from a premier inn.

I'm a frequent PI user. I was most put off when I checked in to be greeted by a man not wearing PI uniform. He started to check me in but didn't seem to know what he was doing. Rest of the stay was what I expected.

This is how all hotels in this group should be run. The staff were friendly and efficient the hotel was clean and well maintained. Food in the resturant was good and the breakfast was cooked to order far better than any buffett option

This Premiier Inn was somewhat dated and just felt old. The net curtains in my room were dirty and the sofa bed was stained. I was disappointed with the standards at this particular location. I certainly could not recommend the food at the adjacent Beefeater, the dinner was verging on poor and the breakfast was cold and greasy.

I have now used this hotel on three occasions and all have been excellent experiences. Very good service in the hotel and the Beefeater next door. Room as always was excellent and the large comfortable bed is very welcoming. Good location for events in Burton as the taxi fare in out is very cheap.

Good location fantastic breakfast at the Beef eater next door. Room was clean, spacious what let it down for me was that we were on the 3 floor and our room over looked the main road I am a light sleeper and was kept awake most of the night by the noise of the traffic and also our room hand...

A group of us stopped at the hotel the night of our graduation ball, after an awful day running errands for the actual ball we got stuck on the A38 leaving us running 3 hours late. We were greeted by the wonderful Nicole who went above and beyond every service imaginable. We got to our room and started to get...

Based on the edge of town, so not much to see in the immediate area, but very easy to get to, and lots of parking. A newer Inn, so in good condition. All the usual stuff you would expect. Good for business trips.
