We stayed at The Stone House over Christmas. The room was spacious, accommodating a family of four plus our dog and the staff were exceptional: polite, helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend to families visiting Staffordshire region.

Stayed for two nights on holiday, room very comfortable and breakfast served by a cheerful young Lady who could not do more to help us. The breakfast was fantastic with cereals, fruit, toast available from a buffet but porridge, and cooked items prepared to order. The service was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant the evening,...

The Restaurant - whilst...

The curate replies, desperate not to offend his eminent host and ultimate employer:...

Stayed overnight on our way back from thew North West. A handy place to stay, Stone has a pleasant canal walk and main street. We stayed in the newer part which was being recarpeted and had a newly refurbed room on the ground floor. The bath/shower had been converted for disabled use, not so handy for us, however overall a...
