Easy to find, sufficient safe parking, a warm welcome at reception. Clean, fresh room with relaxing purple LED lighting around bed head. Good choice of soap and shower gel to suit all tastes. Excellent mattress and pillow, perfect sleep, very quiet, comfortable room temperature. Woke up feeling refreshed and enjoyed the excellent Premier Inn cooked breakfast.will be staying again next week.

we paid just over £100 for two-course dinner + drink, bed and breakfast for 2 people. the dinner was OK, the breakfast excellent and the room and bed comfortable. We come here to stay when visiting family and it never disappoints the hotel is newly refurnished, clean, spic and span

The premier Inn itself was as expected, however, the restaurant did let them down considerably, the service was shocking and the food was over cooked. No friendliness from the waitresses, they needed managing, just stood against the bar chatting, manager was lovely, just needs to manage his better rather than do every thing himself

Stayed one night on business. The hotel is located just off the busy A50 and the adjacent parking area seems to serve as something of an overnight stop for lorries. With that in mind it was surprisingly quiet and together with the usual good Premier Inn bed I had a sound sleep. The proximity to the road also makes it handy for getting anywhere in the area.

Arrived for a 2 night stay after staying in a lot of premier inns I’ve never met such a friendly team! The staff is what makes this place couldn’t do enough for us. The room was everything you’d expect with new looking rooms than others. Worth a stay if you are in the area! Will be back

Stayed at this hotel when visiting the nearby Alton Towers before Christmas. Excellent hotel. We have stayed at a lot of premier inns throughout Britain and they are all very good and this one was right up at the top. Very clean and comfortable room. It was very cold outside but inside the room it was very warm and cosy. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was extremely good. Very good choice of Buffett and it was being regularly topped up fresh and warm. There is ample parking at the hotel, when you get there it does have the feeling that it is located in the middle of no where just off a dual carriageway. There are good local amenities nearby. Starbucks across the car park and there was a retail park about a 5 minute drive away with a McDonald’s for anyone with kids on a treat time away. Very good hotel, very good staff. Would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.…

Checked in early as they managed to swap our room...which was really helpful.. Friendly staff..clean room..would stay again Free parking 20 min walk into uttoxeter and to train and racecourse. Taxi approx 7 quid each way ..

Very comfortable room with every possible amenity. I highly recommend the Premier plus rooms - a little extra for very little cost. Free parking. Great value breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
