This place is terrible. Do not believe the website. It is flithy, dirty and falling to pieces. The curtains are black with filth and the whole place is unkept. Believe the reviews that this place is seriously scary. Avoid at all costs

Like at least one other reviewer, we got as far as the reception ... and chickened out. The hotel isn't a hotel in any normal understanding of the word. The outside appearance alone should have been enough to put us off: mismatched curtains that did not appear to have been opened in a long while, a decrepit rusting car (probably...

I Was put in to this so called Hotel by Croydon Council when I was homeless it was not that great then back in 1997 I did not have a choice back then but I can not see how people are paying for rooms like that when they have a choice it just shows you that you get what you...

Initially booked two nights , upon meeting the owner I did find him pleasant , he kindly gave me the on suite room at no extra cost which I thought was a kind gesture. The owner did show me the room and left me to it. I had plans to see some family this evening and went out and returned...

I went to stay here and after looking at the room I ran as fast as I could. This place is disgusting. I wouldn't stay here if it was the last place on earth. The staff are dirty and rude and it is definitely NOT as described on the website

The reviews freaked me out quite a bit as I had booked before I read them. Look, if you are paying £30 a night what do you think you are getting? A small room! Yes this place is very old and hasn't been touched for a long time. The guy that people call Ronald is an old man that can...

This is the most scariest dirtiest place I've ever stayed in my life, it's full of croydon council tenants who are dependant on drugs or alcohol but this is still being used as a hotel for unknowing guests, there is carpet in the bathroom, black baths and toilets, no security doors or even security at that, no lighting at night,...

This is positively the most awful disgusting place I have ever visited. Booked a week as was working nearby but decided not to stay after seeing the rooms. Paid a cancellation fee only to discover that my credit card had been charged for the whole stay. Had to threaten court action to get my money back. My stay was some...
