We stayed for a night as were attending a friends birthday party. The house in beautiful with lovely gardens. Our room was an immaculate twin ensuite with a beautiful outlook over the gardens and woodland. Don and Diana were very welcoming providing a pot of tea and biscuits on arrival! We had a very comfortable night followed by a delicious...

we have just spent 2 nights in this beautiful B&B- very good value for money and nothing is too much trouble for the charming hosts Don and Diana Sendall. But you need to be quick to sample this lovely place, as it is on the market - and bound to be snapped up soon due to its tranquil location and...

We had a family gathering of twenty people to our daughter's home in Farnham. We usually stay at a local hotel but could not book two consecutive nights. My daughter found this beautiful little gem close by. We were made so welcome by owners Diane and Don and were given a key for independent access to their cottage. The double...

My partner and I were fortunate enough to stay here over the Christmas holiday and were so pleased to discover such a gem. We were made to feel extremely welcome by our kind and friendly hosts Diane, Don and little Dixie (great footie player btw!), despite it being the holiday season. The cottage is absolutely charming, set in a rural...

We stumbled upon this fabulous bed and breakfast whilst trying to find somewhere decent to stay in Farnham. It is a real find, excellent hosts, comfy rooms and a great breakfast. The grounds are a delight and the starlit walk back from the pub is an adventure not to be missed. All in all this is first class establishment doing...

Charming B&B in a beautiful period house run by very friendly couple just outside Farnham. Room was very comfortable and there is the use of a TV in communal sitting room downstairs. Full English breakfast was a treat. Tea facilities in room, we had an en-suite bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Would defiantly return and recommend to anyone needing...

I noted the negative review before booking this b&b but discounted it because it was in isolation. I was proven correct. This is an absolutely charming period b&b just 5 minutes stroll from the very good Bat and Ball Pub and is 'picture post card' stunning. 'Bags of room' to park the car in off road car park and 10...

My daughter and I spent two nights at Little Twynax and it was a delightful stay. We stayed in the twin bedroom en suite and both were spotlessly clean and well appointed, including a hair dryer. Diana, Don and Dixie were very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was tastely and graciously presented each morning. The home is story book cottage...

Little Twynax is a place taken from Wonderland. An absolutely romantic retreat with the loveliest and kindest of hosts, Diana and Don and, not to forget, sweet and crazy little dog-girl Dixie. Just great.

We would highly recommend this b and b in every aspect. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and our hosts could not have been more accommodating. We opted for the double room with en suite which was spotlessly clean and well appointed with period charm. We chose this b and b due to it's locality to a...
