So the travelodge is great for budget stays, but there are a few basic things I would expect from any hotel. First is a decent shower. The pressure isn't that good. But there is clean water. The second is to have empty bins when we arrive. In our bathroom the bin hadn't been changed and it smells like someone has...

Thank you very much for submitting your review. Detailed feedback like yours is very important to us and we have passed your comments onto the hotel manager as cleanliness and room service are the basics of our promise to our customers and this is far from the high standards we strive to provide. Please accept our sincerest apologies and we...

The Travellodge in Kingston upon Thames is very conveniently located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst we were staying there for a week visiting family it was rather hot. The windows only openslightly and although a fan was provided the room stayed very hot and the corridor/hallway just outside was even hotter. There is no way to get...

First of all it is a nightmare to get parked and the closest parking for a van is opposite fair fields car park at a cost of £7 for 12 hours (not ideal when you're starting work at 5:30 and don't expect to be back until 6). Facilities are just as you'd expect in a travelodge (basic but decent) and...

The hotel was dirty right from the entrance, lifts, corridors, rooms even worse and smelly bathrooms, if you need anything you have to Que at the reception because no phones in the rooms, I would never stay again in the travel lodge Kingston upon Thames central

This hotel was terrible. I have stayed in many Travel Lodges before but this experience was the worst ever!! Dirty carpets, broken toilet seat and a very hot and poorly ventilated room!!! Stay next door at Premier Inn if you need to stay in Kingston

Two families stayed for 3 nights. Positive comments first: Great location, walking distance to the train station 25mins into London. Close to Thorpe Park. Plenty of nice bars and eating places, riverside lovely. Shopping centre good for the teenagers. Staff lovely, very friendly and helpful. Responded appropriately to our complaints. Breakfast nice well stocked one morning hash browns cold in...

This Travelodge has been refurbished so rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need. Good shower, fresh clean towels. Comfy beds, lovely pillows. Irons and hairdryers can be collected from reception. Breakfast good value. Very central for everything in Kingston - we stayed there for a Uni Graduation ceremony and were within walking distance of everywhere we needed to...

I made several visits over 3 weeks. The standard Travelodge product offers a basic, clean, modern room and shower with hanging space and desk but no cupboards. Check-in is late at 3 pm but so is check out at 12 pm. Booking has to made from the central system, not the hotel or a booking firm. By paying in advance...

I've always been a bit dubious of Travelodge...stayed in some a few years ago and it was pretty grim. However...Kingston Travelodge was great. Sure there are no frills or big fancy reception area. However, staff were really helpful, and the family room we had was large enough, well appointed, comfortable bed and clean. Happily stay here again.
