We booked this bed and breakfast for our relation for a few days. We actually booked two double room. When we call them beforehand they told us we only booked one room. We already paid an advanced too but, they just gave us a hand written note for that. Then, we have to order somewhere expensive for them.

my elderly parents booked into this establishment for 3 nights, they were very happy with the accomodation and the treatment of the member of staff when they arrived,Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were allocated a ground floor room which was easily accessible to the breakfast room and the fire exit. They received perfect care and respect on their stay...

Very difficult to book, and then they lost it. No double room available so they squeezed us in two microscopic singles. No lounge or communal room. B & B's are very scarce in this part of London, but even so I would not come here again

Stayed here for two nights when attending a family wedding. A mix up on arrival on the room bookings but staff were quite helpful in sorting this out. The rooms were ok, clean and comfortable and they catered for us bringing our family dog (at an extra cost of course). Breakfast was very good in the morning. Overall a lovely...

We stayed here for one night with friends and both rooms were filthy. The hotel owner does not live on the premises which should have set alarm bells ringing straight away. If any problems occured a mobile number was left on a notice in the room. We were attending a frineds 50th party near by so went to get ready....

From the outside the hotel looks quite pleasant. And the hallways although dated are acceptable. BUT!! When we got to our room it was very dated. We had a shower and there no hot water! The shower was moldy and the soap dish was filthy. Apon closer inspection the room was filthy!! Carpets were dirty, thick dust, pubic hair in...

This B&B is more like a hostel. A 3 star AA certificate was displayed which the owner admitted was no longer applicable. The room was terrible with dirty and torn bed linen. There was no toilet paper or tissues. The TV did not work. When I arrived the key was left in the letter box.. When I complained about the...

I stayed in a twin room with a friend as we were down for Wimbledon. From the moment we arrived the owner was incrediably helpful, offering to order us a taxi to Wimbledon (which arrived promptly). The room was basic but very clean and bigger than expected, with TV, free Wi fi and free safe parking. Cooked breakfast the next...

If you are looking for a decent hotel in Sutton or somewhere nearby, this is a great place for you. Maybe, somebody would say it is not a good value for money, but comparing to other hotel prices in this area, this hotel is the cheapest one. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they even let my friend stay...
