We booked this hotel last minute and stayed in the Suite. Its a beautiful room and would recommend it. The breakfast was also good. The car park is behind the hotel and is not an easy place to find so get directions from hotel staff.

Found the place having found our way around the one way system!!!, nice big room for me and wife son have a rather small room but OK, our shower head hold was broken and had been for some time drains run slow so I think they need looking at and to be honest little bit of TLC on the rooms... More

We stayed here for several nights in June 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had the 'crash pad' single rooms, quite modern with more space than the online photos suggest, but the best feature for us was the breakfast/evening restaurant; the staff were more than obliging when it came to bizarre requests (When you get over 60 you have... We stayed for just one night in room 21, on the top floor. It was a spacious room but very dark as there was only one dormer window and two walls are painted black. Only one comfortable chair was provided which was surprising as there was plenty of room to include two. The bathroom is integral to the room and... More

Good greeting on arrival pleasant quirky hotel with lots of character. Receptionist was very informative and we were happy with the room and amenities for the price we paid you couldn't possibly grumble. Breakfast (included) in the price was excellent and plentiful. Would I stay here again MOST definitely

Hotel was a good budget hotel, bit shabby in parts. Booked this hotel as a last minute the day before, as I was travelling around the UK. Arrived at the front only told that the car park was around the back and was given another postcode, as it was not easily to find it Once checked in, the room was... More
