the staff are friendly. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was hot and freshly served. the only downside was the temperature control clicking throughout the night which did keep us awake. the toby grill next door was very good quality and the service was good.

Good place to stop on way south. Near motorway and eating facilities. Lots of parking places. Rooms spacious with good facilities. No problems with noise. Good value for money too. Good location for Metro centre too

I know all Premier Inns follow the same format, but I just wanted to single this one out for two things; the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff and the fact that the hot breakfasts are cooked to order by the resident chef. So much better than the breakfast buffet available at the Toby Carvery just across the road.... More

Lovely comfortable quiet. Brilliant friendly helpful staff, in particular James on reception who went out of his way for us. Always service with a smile. My kids got up early to get plenty of muffins (the only thing that would get them out of bed early!)

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very comfortable. Lynn on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from and again the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night during a weekend break in the North East. It cost us £38 for the room and £8.99 each for breakfast. As usual with Premier Inn the room was excellent and comfortable. Every member of staff we met was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was cooked to order and the standard was very good. We... More

Excellent standard Premier Inn. It was clean and well presented and has its own restaurant where we found the breakfast to be fantastic! Good selection and all freshly cooked to order. The staff were really friendly and efficiently!

We arrived around 21:30, first impressions, this hotel looked modern & was located in a quiet residential area. We had a warm welcome & were swiftly given our key & directed our room. The corridors & room were clean & tidy, with nice decor & furniture was in good condition. We had 2 single beds for our boys, aged 13... More

We stayed one night on our way to Glasgow as a treat and to break up a long drive, four of us, two rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay, so much so that we booked again on the return journey five days later. As we have come to expect from Premier Inn a spotless room, a good refreshing nights... More
