Had an over night here with my husband, Room we was in was in the loft it was a big room and bathroom was lovely, You could lie back and look out the window as it was in the attic STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE YOU FEEL WELCOME, Bar abit pricey breakfast was nice would recommend this hotel

I assume the young man on reception was in training. I hope so. The hotel is close(ish) to the station. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. Couldn't bring myself to eat in the hotel 'bistro' which was a dismal affair.

First of all I must say the Polish lady on reception is amazing, she done everything she could to help us and was very pleasant. Our room (14) was very dated and the bed very hard so we never slept. Went for dinner as a big group for a family members birthday. All the food was brought out quickly and was all hot. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble . Well done. we will be back

Room was nice, clean and roomy. Staff very friendly and service was quick and efficient. Food was lovely and sunken bath was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again. Fantastic location,close to town centre and the railway station.

We stayed one night at the Grosvenor, a nice hotel with a really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are found via winding stairs and corridors and if you don't pay attention you might get lost ;) The floorboards are a bit squeaky and the hot water really took its time, but the breakfast experience was super and our kids...
