Just don't waste time thinking about it. This is a terrible hotel. Damp rooms, beds so cheap you can barely sleep on them, horrific bathrooms, Fawltyesque hotel service. Impossible to imagine anyone not being appalled. Can't even remember what possessed me to book it, but it was a dreadful mistake.

Firstly. Don't think for one minute their website is representative of the place. They must either have one show room on it or worse still the room doesn't even exist. There are two scenarios here. Either the owner has poor taste or he doesn't care what state this place is in. Either way it doesn't look good. Our room was...

The hotel is located conveniently for the town. Parking is a nightmare due to numerous contractors vans. The hotel seems to cater for these workmen and this is reflected in the breakfast time window is from 7.30 to 8.30am, I prefer to have breakfast around 9am. The hotel closes it's doors around 10.30pm. The room, number 5, was clean and...

On first arriving by taxi, we were seen arrive but the staff member just looked at us and went in and locked the door, meaning we had to ring the intercom to gain access to the building. When talking to the person that checked us in she made reference to myself and my sister being gay (my sister and I...

The room was tiny, the shower was cold, the pillows so hard I had to check there weren't rocks in them. There was a strong smell of garlic in the bathroom. I was awoken one morning at 7:30 by the cleaner wanting to get in the room. I can honestly say I will never stay here again

Stayed here for one night whilst on a training course. The room was OK but I did find the bed a bit hard for my personal liking. Generally clean and acceptable but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period. One problem was that the holder for the shower did not stay at a sensible angle so I had...

stayed here when attending a friends wedding in Rugby. ok, its not Claridges, but it is clean and comfortable. had a mix up over breakfast times, having paid for two breakfasts, but having to leave before the restaurant was open, despite the times being on a board outside the restaurant door, clearly stating breakfast is served 07;30 to 08;30, it...
