All facilities were excellent albeit the room was too hot. Also, if you are getting their using the Sat Nav try and get the the street number as the post code is not good enough and it is a very long road

Stayed en route to a day out in nearby Stourport-on-Severn, yet another return visit to a very pleasant & conveniently located hotel just off the M5. Travelled down late Saturday afternoon & arrived early evening after a tiring journey. Very efficient check in (had already done online) & we were asked immediately if we wanted extra teas & coffees to...

Spent the evening and the bed was as comfy as Lenny Henry told me they would be. Black out curtains and windows cancel any outside noise. Overall i was more than pleased with my stay, i will definitely use again.

fourth year now going to this hotel, never had a problem that was not sorted out, like lighting. staff are accommodating, rooms are always spot less, if there was a down side, it is the internet, not up to much. but I,ll be back. Its great for black country area, and museam. Birmingham close, and wolverhamton.

A member of staff Gemma went above and beyond her duties by returning my very upset daughters teddy please see the lovely note that she sent with the teddy. Can't thank her enough x

What lets them down is the food. I know this is a hotel review and not a Brewers Fayre review but the two are inextricably linked. For...

Very good - Chap on reception was extremely helpful. Nice room very clean and quite. Only complaint is the restaurant, altough good food and service was too expensive. Why don't PI give a 10% off voucher on arrival?
