The room was great value and first impressions were quite good but the customer service skills were dire. My partner phoned and made the booking and on the first instance was told that no cooked breakfast was available which to me was not a problem. We had to change dates and were then informed cooked breakfast was available...It was never...

As above. I thought I had entered a new version of Faulty Towers - run by stroppy females! Very clean and good shower but do not expect to be welcomed or anyone to be pleasant! They have to be the most blunt and rude hosts I have come across. Parking ok.

We had a room on the front and was nosy with traffic noise although a fan was supplied Breakfast was of excellent quality although a...

This is a gleaming and super-tidy place to stay. Everything that is done is done well and in a very precise way. There is no unnecessary clutter in the room, and everything works well and conveniently. A very comfortable bad, unlike a stay elsewhere in Haywards Heath! Good to have a choice between bath and shower, and a proper bar...

A nice house, well decorated. **The Room** We had an upstairs room overlooking the road with a balcony and bit sliding glass doors, which let a lot of light in. The road is quite leafy and not very busy. The room was big with a large en-suite bathroom, with a bath. The bed was nice and comfortable and we slept...

From our arrival to departure we felt as if we were an inconvenience to her. The house and room were excellent and breakfast acceptable although the first morning, having to leave early for a game of golf she would not prepare an early breakfast nor leave cereal out. She never engaged in general conversation nor enquired of out visit activities....

The actual room and building are nice however the bathroom was dirty and the service was terrible. When we arrived we felt as though we were intruding and the owner was very dismissive during our stay. I would advise against staying here are there are many other bed & breakfasts in the area and you would get something cleaner and...

A very warm welcome from Ann our lovely hostess. Stayed for one night to visit our new great granddaughter in Haywards Heath. Very comfortable room in a spotlessly clean and tidy house, simple but tasteful décor. Nicely cooked breakfast with good choice of cereals, toast etc. Nothing negative to say about this little gem. Will be coming again, hopefully in...

I have stayed in the area many times before in various different accommodation and have to say this place suits me best. It is the least expensive. The owner is very friendly. There has always been a proper parking space for my BMW and there is wireless internet to my Laptop.
