a great place to stay if touring Sussex - or an ideal base for work in the area - good breakfast - comfortable beds and good service all apply here - as do friendly staff and a good selection of food from the bar menu
Visited on business. First impressions? Reception slow and a little disorganised. The room basic, but clean. The food was good, the waiting staff were friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed by relatively few guests? Overall? Perhaps a little tired?

The Birch Hotel is 14 miles from Brighton, you can either drive to Brighton using the M23/A23 or get the train from Haywards Heath station. If driving the best parking is at the Marina end where there are a lot more spaces than in the centre you could then get a bus to the centre and walk around.
