Willow Barns is a darling place - the rooms themselves are tucked away behind The White Horse pub in Graffham and while they aren't large rooms, they are well furnished, tastefully finished and full of the country charm you would expect in such a place. It's also well situated to make trips to Arundel, Amberley, Chichester, Midhurst and Petworth. The...

Great location and pretty room but customer service not wonderful. Staff nice enough but when we arrived the lady in charge of the rooms was in the middle of eating her lunch. She had to abandon her meal to find a key and show us to the room so our first interaction was apologising for interrupting her - though we...

This was such a find! Wonderful location, beautiful room, lovely pub next door serving great food. The rooms was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Really good value with full English breakfast included. I would not hesitate to recommend it for a peaceful weekend in a gorgeous setting. Staff really helpful and will be visiting again soon.

We stayed here for one night to escape the buzz of London. Set just outside the village of Graffham, in the middle of the countryside, with fields all around. The accommodation is set in a two restored Barns, with traditional shabby chic furniture, lovely high ceilings and a roll top bath. The B&B is just behind the White Horse pub...

We had a really fantastic stay at this beautiful B & B. Our room was warm, clean, comfortable, private and very well equipped. The bath was a luxurious treat after three days hiking the South Downs Way. Bathrobes, towels and toiletries were all lovely along with a really comfortable bed. There were no other guests staying so it was extremely...

One can not speak highly enough of this wonderful, beautifully appointed B&B. From the minute we arrived we were made welcome by the owners Amanda & William. Its a wonderful base to explore the nearby country side, with its fabulous old towns, pubs and historic places. Breakfasts were excellent and being attached to their own Pub made dinners and interaction...
