Took my mum here for her birthday this evening, we had a lovely time. Staff were super friendly and the food (all locally sourced) was delicious! We will be back again very soon and will definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful. Stayed for a weekend, the twin room was gorgeously furnished, spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The pub is decorated in a beautiful vintage style. Staff were helpful and accommodating and the food was excellent, really nice relaxed atmosphere and lots...More

Lovely walk across Petworth Park followed by a delicious Easter lunch....Starters really good especially the home made bread with dips and the smoked mackerel... Traditional roast for three of us... beef succulent, lamb maybe carved a bit thick but v tasty and the pork melting....More

After a walk around Petworth Park we had a birthday lunch at the Horse Guards Inn, Tillington. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food. What more can you ask for. We highly recommend this lovely inn.

Sorry it was ages ago but I`m sure it is. However the menu is not pub grub, more bistro.
