Stayed here for one night. Room was very pleasant, on top floor and very quiet. It is a fair walk to the town centre but quite a pleasant one (thankfully a thunderstorm had just passed before we set off). Blackheath itself is not that appealing though it does have a few eateries. We turned up with a reservation at Ashcrofts...

We were welcomed warmly by Marcus and his colleagues. They couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. Loved the fireplace and the sitting out areas. Garden just lovely and walk to Govett's Leap a pleasant 20 minute stroll. Blackheath, about the same distance in the other direction. We had just come from a busy hotel in Leura, so this...

I can't rave enough about this hotel. It is beautiful, the room was super comfortable with nice decorations. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens and it feels great to be waking up to such a view. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The staff was friendly (contrary to some reviews) . We loved exploring the area early...

Our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers greatly enjoyed a 3 night stay at Parklands this week. The property consists of a main building (reception, dining/lounge area, day spa) and 7 cottages (each with 2 garden suites downstairs & 2 loft suites upstairs) set amongst beautiful gardens and rolling lawns. In the older 3 cottages the suites are spacious...

We stayed in a loft room and while the room itself is comfortable and the hotel gardens are stunning, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Negatives: - Check-in in strictly at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and were told check-in is at 3pm and to come back then. I have never experienced this at a hotel before. -...

Dear Courtneyann, Warm greetings from Parklands Country Gardens & Lodges. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback following your recent stay with us. Our guaranteed check-in time is 3pm. We are more than happy to accommodate early arrivals in their rooms if the rooms are ready. Sometimes this is not possible and our 3pm check in time...

Be careful if your plans change, as the hotel showed a distinct lack of empathy when we attempted to change a $450 (not cancel) reservation at admittedly short notice due to family emergency. Poor customer service as the hotel itself is likely very nice - we would have loved to have stayed in the future but will not anymore.

We stayed at the Parklands over Easter. It was a relaxing stay. The grounds were great to sit and read a book or the papers. It was a short walk to the the Blackheath cafes and restaurants. Whilst it is pricey, it is quite a comfortable place to stay.

Our stay here was amazing, the lodges were immaculate, clean and homely. Comfy bed and cosy lounge area with a gas fire to enjoy! The gardens were beautiful however the weather prevented us from a proper stroll but a wonderful view over Breakfast, which was delicious, good coffee and a good spread of food. Staff incredibly helpful, giving is suggestions...

We recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. It's a terrific place to access the attractions of the Blue Mountains. Govetts leap lookout is only 2 kms away and we can highly recommend the walk between there and Pulpit rock. ( about 3 hours return) The views and bush walk are as good as you'll find anywhere. The accomodation is...

We stayed overnight here after a long hike in the blue mountains. We took the loft accommodations. The front desk was very welcoming. The room was spacious with the nice fireplace and a surprisingly large and comfortable window seat. The shower was especially large and luxurious with the dual rain and massaging shower heads. The wifi at this resort was,...
