Wonderful outdoor area at the back of the hotel to enjoy a quiet beverage and a filling meal. Relaxing atmosphere in very pleasant environment. Not necessarily a large menu, but the regular hotel fare of steak sandwich, hamburger, fish and chips, steaks etc. Plus a few surprises snuck in. Good value and well presented.

Hi Andy, Thanks for the comments. We have put a lot of time and effort in getting the beer garden to where it is and appreciate the recognition.

Off the beaten track but worth the drive in a farming area Meals were very good people there were very kind and obliging. Very historic pub with lots of interesting artifacts. One of the beds was a bit wobbly needs fixing.

Best food in town. Ask for Steve at the pub... he makes the best el bundè and colà in the nundle region (and has the bigest biceps in town). He also drives a mean taxi and will put a smile on your face every time.

On the southern end of The Fossickers Way, this iconic hotel has it all, friendly staff, good food and amazing articture - pressed tin walls, tounge and grove ceilings and antique furniture. Friends had advised us that this a must to see, arriving on Easter Sunday we were surprised to see the town bursting with people, Chinese dragons and danciers...

We dined here for dinner and were so excited upon arrival. The pub was beautiful inside and we found the outdoor eating area even better. Covered in a massive grape vine and fairy lights, it was simply stunning. We joined line to order our meal and it was busy, so a very long line. When our meal was ready it...

Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great value and friendly staff!!! What a great reason to venture off the main roads. An easy walk from the caravan park so we could both enjoy a drink with dinner.

Fantastic week-end loved the pub and the town. Amazing family history with the hotel, five generations. The pub has a beautiful feeling to it. Staff are really friendly. Tastefully moderised in parts but have kept the old world charm and features. Love the pressed metal linings. Meals are excellent. Highly recommend to anyone.

I had the most fantastic stay at the Peel Inn Hotel in Nundle over the weekend. I was very content in my large room with sofa and ensuite - it instantly felt like a home away from home. The pub staff were friendly and accommodating and the whole place had that small town charm - very relaxed and friendly. I...
