This trip was one we will never forget, the wilderness was amazing with snow tipped mountains ,great walks for all standards & a five star restaurant on the resort was all top shelf. The accommodation was very comfortable with an open fire in the unit, from the balcony we witnessed large numbers of animals in there natural environment. Cradle Mountain itself is...

We were staying 3 nights at the Cradle Mountains Cottages which belong to the Lodge. The cottage was very well appointed with contemporary furniture, overlooking a small lake and bush land. For the very high nightly tariffs I would expect a small kitchen to make the stay a bit more economical, especially for families. I can highly recommend this place...

We loved our spa suite, but waited until a few days before to book so we wouldn't have to pay full price. The service we received relating to our room was perfect - check in, and particularly turn down were great (we came back to a cheese platter, romantic music and chocolates). The problem was the service in the main...

My husband and I stayed for one night and the staff were really helpful with our trip and booked all our national park walks so that we didn't have to go to the visitors centre to book. We got upgraded and the room was spectacular with a complimentary glass of port, fireplace and spa. The bars and bistro inside the...

The main hotel provides a large restaurant with open fire, a pub style restaurant with deck, a large community room and other nooks to sit back and relax. Wi Fi available here. We ate at both places. Our package included breakfast which was plentiful and delicious. You can buy coffee if you want the barista version. The bistro style eatery...

The hotel is well appointed and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Plenty of great touches, like canapés in the room on arrival accompanied by complimentary local port. The fire just needed a match and there was plenty of wood in the room to last the night. We ate at both the highland restaurant...

Our cabin/room was comfortable. Not fancy but adequate. Cleaning in the room was OK, but failed to clean poo from table on balcony. Gas fire place nice to warm us up.
