Although friendly reception, you may think entering a holiday park. But this lodge is located on a superior spot. A room here is a fully equipped modern cabin with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio. Some cabins are older but we stayed in a recent one. Excellent beds.

The outlook from the bay facing villas is spectacular. The food and wine selection at the reception was magnificent. The ceremony in the gardens was beautiful with the bay in the background. A short beachfront walk to the port Arthur site was effortless. The only negative is the price of the accommodation being very expensive per night . But if...

This is a must for Port Arthur if you're staying on a budget. Wife and I cannot fault Stewarts Bay Lodge. If there's ever another opportunity to come to Port Arthur we will immediately check availability here. Absolutely faultless

A great location when walking the 3 Cape Track with Life's An Adventure and the beds were so comfortable. Good food in the restaurant as well. Only downside from our point of view was that even though we paid extra to get a water view you could only see it through trees and between two other cabins, not quite like...

We didn't have to top of the range accomodation, these were booked out 9 months in advance. Our apartment/log cabin was more than adequate, spacious, clean even had sea views which on one day was Queen Mary 2 moored for the day.

We stayed 2 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin with a view through trees to the ocean from the lounge room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The cabin was comfortable and the kitchen was set up to be self-catering which is what we did for one dinner and 2 breakfasts. Some coffee, tea and milk supplied. We had dinner one night...

Great spot we had a 1 bedroom cabin overlooking the water. Could not of got better. Well kitted out if a little dated in places. Bedroom too hot and air con did. To reach that far. Good for sitting on the balcony and walking to Port Arthur. To a lot of choices to eat the evening meal was fine in...

I had a little problem at checkin with someone miss spelling my name which should have been dealt with better by the reception staff who were far from proactive. However the location to Port Arthur, cabin, bush setting, views, beach and restaurant were all excellent and worth the little extra that you pay to stay here.

We stayed 3 nights in a water view cabin, we ate at Gabriel's 2 out of 3 nights, they were closed for a wedding one night and for 2 out of the 3 breakfasts, the first day we ate at the cafe on the main road, just past the entrance to Stewards Bay Lodge. Big mistake cost nearly as much...

We went to Stewarts Bay Lodge overnight Sat 11th Feb.Very nice Forest cabin, probably expensive enough at nearly $250/night.Buffet breakfast an extra $20/ person was a bit of a let down in that the choices were fairly limited.
