The place is a big camper park. Our room was basic, but equipped of everything. There was everything you need to cook and sleep. Heater, blanket, soap, and kitchen tools. It was not so clean. We found beetles in the room under the bed. The place is very, very old. Considering the price, I think it was not so nice...

This caravan park is about 6kms out of the actual town of St. Helens. It is well located being close to the sea and beaches. We took a powered site here for 7 nights. No discount offered for the weeks stay or for anything else. We paid $35 a night which compared to the Big4 at St. Helens was cheap...

Paid $35 for s powered site in what I would call a sub standard van park where you are packed in like sardines. Very hard to park when you have permanent holiday homes opposite. I saw one van try to get in 3 times but had to give up. Young staff need lessons in van sizes and problems with parking...

My partner and I was staying in St Helens and thought we would order pizza from here for tea, $30 for two massive pizzas which were awesome! Definitely recommend! Only issue was, we rang at 5 for a 6:30 pick up, but when we went in, they said they were behind and it would be another 15 minutes. Worth the...

Just spent 5 nights at this caravan park with my caravan on a powered site, also my friend was on the adjoining site with his van. The last night I was told that I had to disconnect my drain and water hose as the new arrivals needed to connect to my tap and sullage outlet, leaving me with no water...

As I explained to you yesterday, the park was completely booked out last night and everyone had to use their own tap and drain and you were using one allocated to another site, which left them with none. as your hose was on the other side of your van. I offered to supply you with a hose long enough to...

Cabin was very old - was in need of some necessary repairs, sliding door screen fell off runner & wouldn't go back on so couldn't close it, sand on floor in bedroom, water pressure in shower was poor & could only use hot water, worth $60 a night not $90.

Cottage has very bad sound isolation, you could hear all the other people around you,we thought when you have place for yourself, you get peace, but this was the most noisy cottage ever,it ruined the whole stay

This place is in the budget category and so be it. The cabins were cosy and warm, clean but probably due for an upgrade. This did not distract from our stay at all. The shop has meals and other goodies.

Stayed here last night and cabin door couldn't be locked from the outside. We told the staff about it and they weren't that interested. Both electrical blankets were unusable, 1 had bent prongs on the plug and the other had a prong broken off. The heater hadn't been tested and tagged since 2009!
