The communication I received said to collect keys from another address. There was a note on the door saying they are no longer the collection point. Got to the accommodation and the views were incredible. Then it all went downhill from there. There was an empty bottle of detergent on the couch, the BBQ was filthy and there was no... More

This apartment was dirty and had used bed linen! We were horrified to to find that the beds had not been changed of linen. The bathrooms were clean but the kitchen left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there were not enough provisions for the three of us for one day let alone 3.... More

Beautiful apartment with glass panel windows that looked to the sea. Bedroom up a creaking wooden staircase opens to another sea view. Facilities are adequate though the hot water runs out pretty quickly on the night we stayed. Possibly due to my daughter doing her beauty bath in the bathtub!

My family and I had booked the Wheelhouse apartments in Strahan as we stayed there for the night. Accommodation was a bit far from the town village but gives you breathtaking views of the Gordon River. Some may think it is a dream house as you wake up seeing the river in full blue under the sunny sky. It was... More

Wow what a view from both upstairs and downstairs. Great self-contained apartment with upstairs bedroom and spa. Best place to stay in Strahan. Don't miss the wilderness heritage cruise up the Gordon river. The only criticism of the apartment was that the bed's on wheels and moves around a bit. Otherwise a perfect place in every way.

This may well be the best place to stay in Strahan at the moment, it's modern, roomy and has truly sensational views the harbour. But it's not quite got the quality the pictures might lead you to expect. The spiral staircase sounds like it's breaking apart when you walk on it, the fridge is dying and not going quietly. There's... More

Apartment #1 clearly does not receive a thorough&satisfactory clean between occupancies. Specifics- - unreadable airconditioner remote control due to grime. We cleaned it! -dust blown around apartment. Dirty aircon filters judging by layer of grime on top of unit. Dead spiders on surfaces and some cobwebs. Timber venetians very dusty. - greasy hand prints all over stainless steel refrigerator door... More

Fully self contained for a relaxing holiday break. Stunning views over Macquarie Harbour. Stayed in the one bedroom apartment. For the price of the accommodation I would like to see the bedding upgraded (including linen - bed too small & saggy for my liking). Convenient and quiet location. A doormat on the balcony would be appreciated to save cleaning the... More

The freestanding house, one of two, perched on cliff overlooking Macquarie harbour, was tastefully decorated and well equipped for self catering visit to Strahan, the picture windows and comfy sofas made for observing the 4 seasons we experienced in the few days of our visit. The fishing boats, tourist charters, cargo vessels, and storms passing through this rugged and beautiful... More
