A lovely place to stay to relax and have fun on the east coast of Tasmania. We booked the self contained unit and enjoyed a great breakfast on the balcony. The owners were very helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back. The Bark Mill Tavern for dinner is a must, and the Devils Corner winery was superb at lunch

Unfortunately we were just staying one night, wish we were able to stay longer. Easy to find (right across from the beach), very informative welcome and immaculately clean accommodation. We stayed in the upstairs apartment which has a great decking area. Comfy sofa and bed and the whole place very spacious. Parking on plot, breakfasting fixings in the fridge/freezer and...

Very comfortable stay lovely warm welcome nice touches like fridge, fresh milk for tea and coffee and even port (to help you sleep) but we didn't need that as the bed was comfortable and is the room quiet. You can even borrow DVDs. Location good within walking distance of a couple of good eateries we stayed a couple of nights....

Friendly hosts who knew when to engage with us and offer local information and when to leave us to enjoy the peace of a great room and a beautiful seaside town. Could not have asked for more in regard to decor, space, comfy bed, great towels, and lots of extras (even port and sweets for an evening treat). Great cooked...

Friendly b&b with nice rooms and great breakfasts! About a 45 minute drive from Freycinet National Park. Good selection of DVDs available to watch when you return from a day of walking. Swansea itself is a nice place to explore.

We stayed here in January while visiting Wineglass Bay and it was fantastic. Karen was so friendly and offered lots of advice for our travels. The room had everything you'd want and was cleverly set up, even a bowl of lollies and some port! It was spotlessly clean and the colours of the room and the building were very nice...

We spent a night at this B&B in mid December 2016 and enjoyed the the facilities very much. Ideally situated for trips into the Freycinet National Park with clean, modern facilities and friendly hostess Karen to look after us. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Home made bread, cereal, fresh orange juice and eggs, bacon etc....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Freycinet Waters is in the heart of Swansea village. Everything is within an easy flat walk. Our property looks across the road to the delightful Great Oyster Bay. Water views can be found from most rooms and definitely from the breakfast room. Eat a filling 'English' breakfast while gazing out at the water. A great way to start the day. For those who are adventurous the menu includes black pudding and haggis. Our colour scheme reflects the colour of the water and the hues of the great sunrises & sunsets that you can see from the property. A 1930's style at the front of the house and a more modern day feel at the rear gives Freycinet Waters that light airy feel. Our prices include breakfast (or breakfast provisions), WiFi (the modern essential) and a small port to help you rest at the end of a busy day. ... more   less
