The place is dated & more tired than a 100 yr old. The bed sheets didn't feel fresh & crisp like the pillows. The bed is uncomfortable & bouncy. Floorboards & stairs creak with every step. There wasn't a chair in the room & sitting out on the balcony was not comfortable. The shower is small & basin so tiny...

Average accommodation which is clean and central overlooking the bay in Swansea. The room was quite small though had a comfortable bed and supplied a little kitchenette. The bathroom was small and clean with a step in bath/shower. Basic supplies were given and the decor was a little past its prime. The reception was friendly. The ironing facilities were available...

AVOID THE RESTAURANT. We were looking to pick up lunch on our way through Swansea and unfortunately stumbled upon Amos House. Inside it was hot and stuffy, and the owner was incredibly rude and condescending. The sandwich was dry and tasteless.

Smaller, older establishment of mixed self contained two storey villas. All with fabulous views over crystal clear water. Walk to local shops, cafes and tavern. Great for families. Separate living, kitchen and laundry downstairs. Upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom.

My daughter and I have been on a road trip around Tassie and found this place on line. Lovely owners and amazing beach access. The villas are nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

We were given the last room available, which apparently is for emergency accommodation or when the hotel is full. No views of the ocean with this one. The room was very small and the bathroom was small. But we were very tired after a long day of travelling and it suited us otherwise as it was clean. The restaurant is...

We only stayed one night would not stay there again the double room we had was so small we would have more room in a caravan. No chair in the room had to sit on bed. Motel dated and bed could be updated.

Much like a double storey motel unit. Furnishings dated and musty. Terrific location right on the beach close to the jetty. Nabil the owner was matter of fact and accommodating . Had all the facilities needed in the kitchen ... the bathroom was small .

No room for a chair even only place to sit is on the bed and then the springs are digging in .Floor very creaky. So disappointed, assumed from outside would be OK views great but that's the...

We stayed one night, At the time of booking there were only two twin rooms available for our family of 4 (2x $125 =$250). When I arrived I asked if there was a room by chance available where our family of 4 could stay in the one room and they were obliging and said there was a cancellation this morning...
