This is the best place we have ever stayed at. One word to describe this beautiful place HEAVEN! We had 2 days of uninterrupted peace and tranquility, the views are breathtaking! Couldn't stop looking over to Bruny Island and the natural surroundings wow! Credit to the owners and everyone involved that made this a special place to enjoyed and remember,... More

We were delighted upon opening the door to our cabin. Magnificent views, beautifully appointed, warm, well equipped and did I mention the views. A special treat indeed. If the spa bath isn't enough there is also a heated indoor pool which can be booked for private use. Woodbridge itself is around a 40 min drive south of Hobart . It... More

From the moment we arrived at Myrtle Cottage we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Firstly the view across Great Bay to Bruny Island is amazing and the floor to ceiling double glazed windows let you drink it all in. The heater was already on in the room which is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchenette is... More

We stayed two nights at Woodbridge and were really impressed with the cottage and facilities. The spa bath and the verandah offer wonderful views of Bruny Island. The cottage was really well equipped and was really peaceful.

Absolutely amazing. Cabins are unique, managers are great. No question or problem too big for them. Love the solitude, but love the fact you can have multiple couples in multiple cabins interact. Being able to exclusively book the pool whilst staying is a massive bonus.

A lovely relaxing night away for my birthday. This was our second stay and we weren't disappointed. Lovely views over the bush towards Bruny Island in a quiet setting, no hassles and very private. We enjoyed the food supplied. The wood heater was easy to use to keep warm on a chilly night. Good selection of teas and coffee.

The location is very beautiful and the cabins short of perfect. However, I cannot understand how can they have two birds in such appaling conditions. I refer to the sulphur crested cockatoo and the corella that they keep in cages close to the office area. Those are intelligent animals that need stimulation. Their cages are empty and dirty. They don't... More

My partner and I stayed for one night to celebrate his birthday. From the moment we walked in the door we were wowed, the view from the big deck was wonderful, the double spa bath with the windows that opened right up, the hammock, the double reclining leather couch, the beautiful Tasmanian timbers, the coffee machine, the double shower and... Our 4 night stay in one of the well appointed cabins wasn't long enough!! The cabin was beautifully presented and very comfortable with luxury touches. The view over the D'entrecasteaux Channel was breathtaking. Despite the rural environs we were able to find everything we wanted to cook for ourselves. The abundance of fresh produce...cheese, chocolate, fruit, meats, gourmet products etc... More
