The Golden Lamb is a very long time family favorite place - but the food just keeps on getting better and the service was excellent. She had the fried chicken - and declared it better than her favorite place in IN. I did the roasted Turkey - also wonderful - quite moist and properly done. Dessert was the Vanilla Sorbet... More

Stayed for the night while attending the Lebanon Blues Fest this past August. The Inn was great and within walking distance to the event. I would highly recommend a stay at the Golden Lamb and also a visit to their outstanding restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

I had eaten at the Golden Lamb a couple of times and had always wanted to come and stay in this beautiful, historic inn. It's in the middle of lovely Lebanon, Ohio. As other reviewers have written, the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I came for the night with my daughter and two granddaughters and we all... More

My husband and spent an evening for Sweetest Day. The staff was very friendly and accommodations were as expected for an historic property. Room was small and bathroom was even smaller but everything was clean. We stayed in the Warren G. Harding room on the second floor. I recommend going on line and looking at the other room options as... More

The dining room could use some repair on one wall, but the meals were Americana and delicious. We stayed in the Hayes suite which we enjoyed. We stayed in May (I'm late posting this review). I was a little surprised at the threadbare upholstered footstool in the room, and the upholstered chair had seen better days as well, but we... More

My husband and I stayed here after a day at King's Island and we couldn't have enjoyed it more! First of all, the service was excellent. As soon as we walked in, the desk staff had us quickly checked in and oriented to the hotel and restaurant options. They were so nice and professional despite the fact that we were... More

The staff was more than accommodating and pleasant. The food and drink were great, and the bar staff was amazing. Our room was in pristine shape and the experience overall was exceptional. Looking forward to our next stay.

The Golden Lamb is located right on Lebanon's main street, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed being to stroll and take advantage of the slow pace of the town. The place is like a museum that's also a B and B, filled with beautiful antiques. Every room on the second floor is named after a U.S. president. They include... More

My sister and I did an historic tour of southern Ohio and stayed at historic inns and visited Native American and other historic sites. We decided to stay at the golden lamb because of its history and it did not disappoint. This place is essentially a museum masquerading as a hotel. The hotel could probably be updated a bit (not... We stayed at the golden lamb two nights while we were in the area on a bike trip. We really enjoyed the historic atmosphere of the hotel and our room the Martin VanBuren was wonderful. Hotel staff were very helpful and they even had a bike room where we could store our bikes. Because the hotel is historic there are... More
