I stay here a few times a year. With every visit it seems to get nicer. Rooms are always spotless. Nice new towels and bedding. The breakfast is lovely. Even a charming garden to have a coffee or just sit and relax. Can't wait to return.

What a hidden gem. Best place to stay when going to Kings Island. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Great beds. And the breakfast is the best I ever had. Pretty landscaping. Will never stay anywhere else!

We stayed 2 nights and was not disappointed. Very clean room, very friendly staff, family owned & a great free breakfast in a beautiful historic home on the complex. Took a walk in their garden! Would recommend this highly!

This is a small property (maybe 50 rooms or less I believe) it's in a beautiful setting and the person who owns it (I do not know her we were just passing through) has an incredible mind for detail. The gardens are incredible the rooms are fantastically clean with all amenitites working properly. Great beds and an absolutely fabulous staff...

Ready to capture cozy simplicity in a partially wooded, out of the way setting? Kirkwood Inn's for you! The peaceful air makes it hard to believe the close proximity of popular recreational opportunities (like Kings Island Amusement Park) are nearby. Chock full of generous hospitality; rest and recharge. Kirkwood can boast of spotless rooms, a lovely patio furnished with relaxation...

We stayed at the Kirkwood Inn on April 21-April 23. After having a reservation at another hotel that was not up to par we called the Kirkwood to see if they had any rooms available. It was a busy weekend but they were able to get us a room. Upon checking you could tell this was a nice place to...

The Kirkwood is an old style motel without the dirt and mold usually found in the more established motels. Kirkwood is clean, the service is great and the grounds are unmatched. Nicely landscaped with walking paths and water features. Breakfast is included in an 200 year old restored house and is light years ahead of what you are used to...

I would highly recommend the Kirkwood Inn for anyone traveling in the southern Ohio area. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing and you couldn't get a better breakfast at a restaurant!! The breakfast was served in a separate historic farmhouse with a garden and fountain. We were on a...

Unique motel with a historic over two century old farm house where they serve a fabulous free breakfast in an antique filled and elegant setting! Motel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Truly a hidden jem in the myriad of run of the mill chain hotels with mediocre breakfast buffets. The grounds feature a lovely garden and a walking path...
