I enjoyed our stay here. I just wish we were able to spend more time here so we could have used the outdoor pool. We went to Kings Island so we checked in late and left right after breakfast. Our room was on the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well. The owners were very helpful....

This hotel is lovely, but while they advertise that they encourage groups (bridal showers, etc) they apparently don't. The front desk staff scoffed at my request, which I found odd since it's listed on their website. I'd be willing to stay at this property at as a getaway for two, but that's about all they can handle.

Very nice and clean accommodations. Price was reasonable especially for the nice full breakfast provided each morning in the renovated house from 1799. All staff were also very nice and friendly. It was also a short drive (<10 minutes) from the theme park.

I live in Nashville &the rest of my family in Cleveland. So we met in Mason to surprise our Mom. This was the perfect place. The rooms were way nicer than any motel with frig and Keurig coffee in each room. Nice breakfast each morning in the century home next door. Nice size pool, clean and no kids!!! Great staff,...

The room was very nice, very clean. The employees were most gracious, considerate and very helpful. I would recommend this Inn to anyone staying in Mason (or close) Ohio. Nice and close to Kings Island but off the beaten path so the noise was not there. Beautiful garden area to sit and enjoy, the Breakfast was very good and the...

First time staying at the Kirkwood. My husband and I happened to find the place using Google since we needed to plan a stay for the later half of our vacation week which would be at Kings Island. The photos and website of Kirkwood immediately appealed to us in that it looked so family friendly, quiet, beautiful, and there was...

Old style two story motel with a nice pool has comfortable rooms. But the real highlight was a generous and delicious breakfast served in their adjoining historic house. It was crowded with families, many off to Kings Island, but breakfast was served efficiently by charming ladies. We enjoyed a walk in their extensive gardens and afternoon pool time. Had a...

My first time staying at the Kirkwood Inn and it won't be my last. I was very impressed by the very clean and well maintained rooms & property. The staff is very friendly and continental breakfast at the farm house was wonderful. You cannnot find this kind of service in a chain hotel. We stayed here after an exhausting day...

Kind of an "old fashioned" motel alongside US 42, at least by first impressions. The night manager, Larry, was pleasant and efficient at 10:00 PM when I checked in, and just as nice when I checked out at 7:00 AM the next morning. I was on the ground floor (Room 127) of the two story motel, with a window that...

We were driving thru the area around midnight and needed a place to stay. We called first to see if they had any rooms left and they said yes. We checked in with ease. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind. The room was just what we needed after a long day of travel. Clean, comfortable, and quiet!...
