EMILY IS OUTSTANDING!!! From her welcoming smile when I walked in, to fulfilling my request for a very quiet, isolated room, to all of the special maneuvering she did to keep me in the same room when I extended twice, she was an exemplary representative of Quality Inn! Whatever they are paying her, it's not enough! The reason to return to a hotel is not just good accommodations, it's great service, and Emily went the extra mile! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER for EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH! (And a raise!) :) Adrian was equally kind and accommodating, and she actually SAVED me from forgetting my laptop computer!!! Don't know what I would have done without her kindness! Hotel itself was extremely comfortable with excellent room amenities (refrigerator, microwave, hot breakfast, pool, etc.), and an great value for the price! Was not so thrilled that the rate went up for the weekend, but I guess this is pretty standard hotel practice, and it was Memorial Day weekend, after all. I wish they could keep out the people who are smoking marijuana in the non-smoking rooms--it is an obvious smell when you walk down the hallway. But other than this--and the brief noise of a few over-zealous children in the hall on Memorial Day weekend--it was a perfect stay, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel! ***** FIVE STARS!!!

2 nights in a nice, comfortable King room. Very clean and everything was in good shape; nothing worn, old, or broken. Bed was super comfortable as was the recliner. Bath linens are nice and thick, crisp and clean-smelling. We did not use the pool but it is quite large and the area is clean. Nice folks on staff. As with a great many locations, breakfast is limited due to health restrictions but the "grab-'n-go" offerings are OK if you just need something light. While we liked the convenience of being located near the exit, it did get noisy at times with traffic to/from the pool area. Strong odor of curry in the first floor hallway and the parking lot is kind of rough (trucks). There is nothing, however, that would preclude our ever returning if that way again--it was a nice place and we had a very nice stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked the king suite and the adjoining double room. The king suite has a bedroom (separate from other rooms), bathroom, living room and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave and lots of cabinets. It had glasses, bowls, plates, silverware, coffee maker. They had assorted teas and coffee also. There is a bar area and 4 stools also. In the living room is a couch, with a pullout bed,, chair/footstool, coffee table and end tables, and of course a tv. The double room was standard room with 2 double beds, bathroom small refrigerator, microwave, tv. This hotel is very clean. The mattresses are comfy and seem to have great support. The furniture is a little worn and could use replacing, but still usable. It was reasonable priced, maybe in reflection of no breakfast offered really. We just went to Bob Evans and IHOP to eat, no biggie. The pool is open (limited hours due to covid) and is big and very nice. The front desk employees are very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is, we asked for a late check out and were given it with no issue.....until the person working when we checked in forgot to make note of this. When normal check out time came (11 a.m.) we received a phone call, asking if we were extending our stay... I explained we had asked for late check out... again no problem... until it came to the lady that cleans the rooms. She camped her cleaning carts and her vacuum right outside our doors, and every time we walked out our door she appeared and asked if we were done in the room. Mind you we had been given until 1pm to check out. Her inquiries started at about 12:15. Every time we walked out (loading our vehicles) she appeared and asked if everyone was out and if she could begin cleaning. I am assuming it was time for her to be off work and we were preventing her from leaving, but it was a little more than annoying. On my last trip out, and about the 8th or 9th time she asked if we were done, I told her she could go in. She almost ran me over to rush into the room. This is a nice hotel that needs a few furniture items replaced (dressers, couch cushion was torn). It was an amazing room situation for what we needed (4 kids 2 adults). Room to stretch out and bring in carryout. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the most comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The breakfast was bountiful. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, many kinds of toast and muffins, sausage n gravy. And more. The room was quiet. Very clean. The people were very helpful and friendly. Wish all the places I stay were like this. Stay here.

This is now the 3rd year in a row we've stayed here and it's just a nice, old school hotel that delivers every time. We were there for the Classic Rock Fest which got cancelled, BTW on that good luck getting your refund from Lone Wolf Productions which kept our money & doesn't answer emails. But since we pre-paid for the 2 rooms we (4 of us) came anyway to see our nephew at BG. Solid free breakfast with both hot-cold items. Very friendly bar and easy to get to off I-75. We'll be back.
