We found this KOA to be very clean and well run; and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the sites are very small. Since we were just traveling home and only stayed one night, this wasn't a big inconvenience. But, for folks with families who wanted to sit outside at their site, There was barely room to turn...

I am reposting this review due to the fact I did not proofread the first one. People seem to complain about the train this is a city it's not the campgrounds fault. It does not say hotel/resort out front. We have stayed in this campground many times this place is good and you save hundreds over Cedar Point prices or...

I dont like to camp. However my cousin invited us to camp over the 4th Of July. We tent camped. I didnt get eaten alive by mosquitoes even tho due to the previous weeks flooding there was still some standing water and it is right on Lake Erie. The bathrooms got trashed due to a large bus of teenagers. They...

We stayed two nights in the deluxe cabin. They were like mini trailer houses. They were nice. Ours had three bedrooms. The kitchen was nice, and the living room had a futon couch with cable tv. It was really raining (warnings of floods in the area) so we had to walk through a puddle to get to our door, but...

This is the first KOA that we have stayed at and will probably be the last. The rates for full hook up were $74.50 per night and stated that included in the price was cable hookup. We arrived Saturday July 4th, with our 35' camper. The staff did not give directions to the campsite and we ended up driving through...

We have stayed at numerous KOAs across the country. Sandusky wins the award for the worst. The bathrooms were pretty dirty. The "creation station" for kids seemed dirty with odd items stored in the same area. The staff didn't really seem that friendly - like a typical KOA. Unfortunate that this one gives KOA a bad name. The rustic cabin...

We arrived at the campground late on a stormy night. Unfortunately the tent sites were flooded but the owners cheerfully accomadated our every need! Campground is clean, store well stocked, super conveniently located to Cedar Point amusement park. Again, we were not dissapointed by a KOA Campground.

I reserved through a phone call since I didn't have access to the internet at the time and didn't get a chance to read the reviews. I probably wouldn't have stayed here after reading the reviews. The site that we were put on was so wet we couldn't open our door without stepping into a puddle of water above our...

A lot cheaper than staying at Cedar Point's Campground. Pool is heated and nice. Decent play area for the kids. Staff all seemed very friendly. We did not have any issues here. The train does run A LOT but that being said did not bother us at all. If staying in a tent it may be worse but from inside...
