Originally booked with them because of reviews and price. Ended up staying here multiple times over the past year. Was very pleased with the room. It was always clean and the bathroom and linens were always fresh. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a Continental breakfast, but didn't use. (I had breakfast provided at work.) If you prefer a full breakfast, IHOP is located across the highway. If you are looking for a locally owned and operated motel, give them a try.

Please read before booking this place if you have small children or are considering staying here … We are a family of 5 who like to travel together and have stayed several other places and I have considered this place our only ever ‘disaster stay,’ so much that I could not sleep or even enjoy our time here after a minor incident had happened. I understand that negative reviews in a digital world, can be adverse to a business, so I do not write this lightly. If I could summarize the things that were short- changed in this hotel to cut corners on costs, I would be here for a while. First, this place is not child- friendly. From the way soap dispensers are placed high on the walls that are hard to reach even by adults, to the way the owners treat children. To be fair the place was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Secondly, it’s important to be aware that the breakfast advertised is older pastries, both the machines for Apple and orange juice were vast majority water and were not drinkable. The coffee was out. There was no water to drink. Of all the drink selections only milk was available. In short, this lead me to the understand that this place cuts corners where they can. Thirdly and this is the incident that made this trip such a disaster. The second picture is the breakfast sit down area. All tables were taken except for the table on the left, which I sat my two boys that are ages 4 and 2. The circled little picture to the left is a tiny old fire alarm. When I went up to bring back some breakfast items, my little 2 year old to my embarrassment touched the tiny red square which is no more than a few inches large and is right next to the chair. It set off the fire alarm. Of coarse we have taught our children not to touch fire alarms but there was no case around this one, and it was not the white levered one we had taught them about. It literally was a tiny red box. I hadn’t realized myself it was an actual fire alarm because of its age, Size , and it not being encased. The owner came running out mumbling stomping aggressively. I apologized numerous times. Not only did the owner not know how to turn it off, I read the tiny inscription on the alarm that said ‘if pulled open the unit to reset it.’ I told him we needed a screw driver to follow the directions clearly on it. He angerily dismissed me as his wife came out and stared glaring at me and passively aggressively being rude. There was just no excuse to make such a minor incident of which I apologized 100% over for info such a large ordeal. This is where is gets very nasty and back- handed. Nothing happens and we leave . During the entire day we didn’t receive a phone call and had no reason to think something was wrong. When we come back at dark our key cards are deactivated because we couldn’t get into our room. It was in 40ish degree weather and we were all sitting out in the cold with our small children. We went to the front desk ( we had seen the owner in the parking lot ) and he sent out a woman we had never seen to say that we need to pay to replace the entire unit ( not broken) and then to pay for a person to come reset their system . That we were to come to the desk in the morning, she wasn’t sure of the price but it would be at least $500+. We are the first to take responsibility for our children, but it was the back - handed, indirect , never communicating to our face , passive aggressive , stomping and complete alarming rude actions of these owners.

We are sorry to hear of your experience. Our safety is our top priority. Our fire safety is located over 4ft. We do not allow children to play, or other with these safety devices. We have no idea from the picture in the bathroom you have enclosed showing plugs, and cords. It seems from the picture you have shown this is a curling iron. With the many people who were disturbed by this event, our guests were complaining of: what happened, where were the parent (s), was anyone watching the child, and much other detailed questions. Management was dealing with very upset guests from the feedback above on why the child was able to do this occurrence. Our breakfast has 6 different breakfast teas to choose from, and the coffee was making for another round. Please remember we were sold out this evening, and many guests were in & out the breakfast area. Thank you.

Room was clean, very plain looking but worth the price. Room had a spice smell that was overwhelming. We had to go buy Febreeze. Plenty of towels and soaps. Bed comfortable enough. Breakfast was ok, really just muffins and cold cereal. Coffee was hot but no real sugar anywhere, it was all diet sugar. It was noisey but there were a lot of power workers in town for the storm.

I recently booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at the muskogee inn and suites. It's a nice place, clean, decent cold continental breakfast and hard beds. I called to reserve the rooms the day before the trip and was required to give a credit card number to hold the rooms. The manager advised nothing would be charged until I arrived. When I arrived the next night at around 10:00 pm, I checked in, swiped my card for $337 to pay for my rooms. Image my surprise the next day when I looked at my texts and notice a charge at around 6pm for $84 and then the charge I made at 10pm for $337. I went to discuss with the manager and he basically blew me off insisting no one there made the charge even though it was made way before I even made it to Muskogee and they were the only ones that had my number written down, and it came from their motel. I even showed the guy the charges on my phone. He was very dismissive of my and was not interest in the least bit to try to figure out what happened. I don't know who charged my card, but it had to have been someone who had access to the desk behind the counter at the motel check in. He told me to call my bank and walked away. I then called discover who advised to wait a day or two to see if the charge came off, which it didn't and now I have to go thru the hassle of disputing a claim. I would suggest you consider booking thru a 3rd party website. Like I said BE VERY CAREFUL GIVING YOUR CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE TO THIS MOTEL.

Comfortable room and good king-sized bed. Continental breakfast included in room fee which included muffins, yogurt, honey bun, apple juice, coffee, etc. Reasonably priced but there was an additional fee for our small dog. Overall, a 3.5 rounded up to a 4.

We checked in early evening. We were greeted by what looked to be an early teens boy. He was very polite and asked us if we could wait 5-10 minutes to be waited on (by I'm guessing was his mother). We ended up waiting about 15 mins or so, a little irritating but not a huge deal since we are relatively patient people. The front desk lady explained to us that she was the only one there working.. So, we got checked in, and were given the only room they had available which happened to be a handicap room. Which to me is no big deal, but I did feel kind of bad for taking up a handicap room when we are a very capable young couple, but we had already prepaid 2 nights at this hotel, so took the room. The room seemed to me very small for what should have been a handicap room. I don't know what a normal handicap room should have been like but I'd have imagined it a bit bigger for better accessibility. I don't think a wheelchair could have fit thru there, but not sure. I work at a LTC facility and so I know that it takes more room for the elderly or handicap people to get around. But, for us was no problem. Just makes me concerned for actual handicapped and/or elderly people who were to use this room. The bathroom was okay. Very small countertop, but overall not bad. We had a little difficulty with adjusting the showerhead, which again for a handicap person may have been extremely difficult. Hard to say tho. I had asked the front desk lady upon checking in for an extra blanket and she told me she would bring it to my room in about 10-15 mins. No big deal, I could wait. But she never ended up bringing it... My husband ended up asking the housekeeper the next morning for one for that night. The room was okay for what it was, just a place to shower and sleep while in town.
